Hotel Booking
1.0 Cancellation fee of SGD20 will be imposed on confirmed reservation that is cancelled.
2.0 Cancellation of reservation occurring less than 7 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) of your check-in date will be subject to a cancellation charge of ONE NIGHT STAY FOR EACH ROOM, unless otherwise stated in the Email Confirmation Advice dispatched to you; and reservation for subsequent nights will be automatically cancelled for no show.
3.0 Bookings under GUARANTEED ARRIVAL during Super Peak season are subject to ONE NIGHT CHARGE or FULL STAY (ALL NIGHTS) CHARGE FOR EACH ROOM where applicable and wherein stated in the Email Confirmation Advice dispatched to you.
4.0 NO SHOW will incur 100% charge. No refund for unutilised nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out.
5.0 Changes of name, dates, room category, or hotel are not allowed once reservation has been confirmed. You have to cancel and make a fresh reservation based on prevailing rates and Cancellation Policy/Cancellation fee stated in Item 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 will be applicable.
6.0 To cancel booking, follow below steps:
6.1 Log onto your user account on our web page by clicking Sign in
6.2 Click "My Itineraries"
6.3 The list of all your bookings will appear.
6.4 Search for Booking Ref: TWNxxxx and click the trash-can icon (Cancel Package) on the right. The site will go into the Cancellation page. Click the "Confirm" button. The system will cancel this booking automatically. You will receive an email notification on your cancellation.
7.0 PYOTravel.com will not entertain any complaint or refund on unutilised hotel/service voucher received more than 30 days after the date of check-in/service utilisation.
8.0 Complaints must be reported to the hotel/service provider on the spot. PYOTravel.com will not be liable for any compensation for a problem which could be rectified during the client's stay, has the hotel/service provider been made aware of it.
Land Tours1.0 Cancellation fee of SGD20 will be imposed on confirmed reservation(s) that is cancelled.
2.0 Cancellation of reservation occurring less than 7 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) prior to tour commencement will be subject to a charge of ONE NIGHT STAY FOR EACH ROOM, unless otherwise stated in the Email Confirmation Advice dispatched to you.
3.0 Cancellation of bookings under GUARANTEED ARRIVAL during Super Peak season (especially for resort destinations, eg. Bali, Phuket, etc.), will be subject to 100% of ground arrangement charge (No Refund of tour fare), where applicable and wherein stated in the Email Confirmation Advice dispatched to you.
4.0 Cancellation of reservation occurring less than 3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) prior to tour commencement will be subject to 100% of ground arrangement charge (No Refund of tour fare).
5.0 Last minute booking (5 days prior to departure) that is confirmed and subsequently cancelled, will incur 100% cancellation charge.
